We take environmental work seriously

The environmental aspect is extremely important to us and we work actively to minimize our environmental impact on several different levels. We are responsive and at the forefront when it comes to testing new materials and processes and participating in the industry's rapid development. We follow the development of new environmentally friendly materials with great interest and also perform continuous tests of new plastic materials.

Modern production

Our environmental work is based on a gradual environmental adaptation according to an adopted environmental policy. For example, we are affiliated with the FTI (Förpacknings- och tidningsinsamlingen, Packaging and Newspaper Collection), we coordinate our transports and only collaborate with companies that themselves have a sound environmental policy.

In our production, we have created a system for direct recycling of all residual material from production. Our machines are cooled by water in a modern, closed system built on site. Thanks to new frequency-controlled compressors, which only work when needed, we also save our energy use. We use only 100% green electricity in production.

Various environmentally friendly plastics

Recyclable plastic (Enviro+)
  • Consists of 50% plastic raw material and 50% recycled material (hybrid)
  • Smells less
  • Gives bottles a whiter color than other PCR-materials
  • Recycled material of known origin (milk packaging)
  • Procured return system
  • Not food approved
Recyclable plastic (PCR)
  • The origin color of the bottle will be gray
  • Difficult to color
  • Consists of plastic collected from various consumer sources
  • Not food approved
PIR material (Post industrial recycled)
  • Direct recycling of residual material from production
  • Recycled materials from industry
  • Food approved
Plastic material with a mixture of pine oil
  • Pine oil is a residual product from forest waste
  • Reduces the use of fossil materials
  • RSB-certified (Roundtable Sustainable Biomaterials) manufacturing
  • The customer receives an RSB certificate
  • Odorless
  • Can be colored
  • Food approved
BIO-plastic
  • Renewable, from sugar cane. No fossil material
  • Material properties such as conventional plastic
  • Odorless
  • Can be colored
  • Can be used 100% or mixed with ordinary plastic
  • Food approved
OCEAN plastic
  • Plastic bottles collected from the oceans
  • Not food approved

Environmental policy

Our environmental policy is to continuously prevent and strive for minimal impact on the environment in and from our production of plastic packaging. We fulfill this by:

  • Using raw materials that have the least possible environmental impact.
  • Improving the use of the plastic raw material through direct recycling in production.
  • Recycling energy losses generated during production.
  • Coordinating transports for reduced environmental impact.
  • Training and engaging our empolyees in environmental issues.
  • Following environmental technology in plastic raw materials and production equipment.
  • Using suppliers with a good environmental policy.
  • Meeting the laws and requirements imposed on us.
  • Being affiliated with the FTI (Förpacknings- och tidningsinsamlingen, Packaging and Newspaper Collection).

Quality policy

Our goal is to produce the best possible quality based on the requirements and expectations set by our customers. We get there through:

  • Using raw materials of the best quality that give the least possible environmental impact.
  • Only using known and well-established suppliers.
  • Making continuous checks in production.
  • Training and engaging our staff in quality issues.
  • Following the latest technology in plastic raw materials and production equipment.
  • Striving to develop new technical solutions that help improve quality.
